Hiroshi circut opens as broken motorsport playground map

Hello dear players.
I have a strange problem with the hiroshi circuit map.
when I try to open it, a broken version of the motorsports playground map opens instead - a map that I don't even have downloaded anymore, and at this point nothing works as it should anymore. During this time other maps work normally.
At first I checked the compatibility of the game files using Steam - but it stated that the files were compatible.
then I checked their compatibility using the tool available when starting the game - the same window where you can start the vulcan version of the game - the system showed that one file was missing - but I don't know which one.
I decided to uninstall the game and the multiplayer launcher as well as all the mods.
then I reinstalled the game but nothing changed - the hiroshi circut map still doesn't work, and it breaks the same way.
Have any of you had a similar experience?
