The stock tuning is understeery due to front-biased torque distribution. And for stability reasons, if the front and rear axle spinning at a very different speed, the center diff will cause power to vanish rather than transfer. This adjustment makes most of the torque goes to the outer rear wheel, which increase traction(bc most of the weight is on that wheel) and makes the Sunburst slight oversteery during a turn so you can countersteer while keeping the throttle at 100% Note the Powertrain Visualization app and the countersteered wheel. You will notice this vehicle is not only have better handling but also faster. During test runs on PPIHC this vehicle completed the course 25 seconds ahead of the stock tuning. Shift down to 1st gear is only needed when negotiating a very tight turns, more than half of the hairpins of PPIHC 2nd gear is recommended, just handbrake into the turn and floor it all the way through!
