So there is an option in beam for this very thing, limit steering at speed however there are a few issues with using this to improve stability for instance, if you loose the rear end of a vehicle at speed you have less of a chance of recovering due to the limited steering. My idea is to have an option to Increase the steering linearity slider at speed. This would allow full lock to lock steering while making micro adjustments at speed more manageable.
