Highest horse power?

So i want to play around in an car with an insane power number, i know that i can achieve 3000 hp with some mode with some car.

Does anyone know any mod or something whit an higher power number?

This one right here should add a d-series and roamer configs with around 5000hp according to the description.

The mod I first made added a stage 5 supercharger to the moonhawk and it made over 5000hp but it had over 200psi of boost and the tyre shake was unbelievable.

Well, if you tune a turbo, you can get infinite power on game. I did one time a turbo for the old pessima that put it into around 120.000 hp

you can put infinitely high torque figures and infinitely high boost pressures - so you can (you guessed it) get infinitely high horsepower.
