Help With This Please *FIXED*

last week i was playing beamng 64bit (driving the Ibishu 200bx) when the game crashed.
so i as you do you restart the game when *pictured below* this message comes up. i ignored it and played in 32bit which is working fine but i cant connect to steam i dont want to uninstall and reinstall. The game version is running on latest update any suggestions???

done verifying game data. still the same. going to uninstall and reinstall and see if that works
