help with swedish police skin mod

so i was planning to do a skin for the Bruckeli Le gran Sedan and wagon with the volvo 740 wagon and sedan as inspiration. Could anyone maybe help me by providing logos and a skin base if possible?. Im also a beginner at modding in general and the only mods that ive done in the past are automation cars
