The bus won't even work in the older versions. Also please don't send out contents of the game. This sounds more like a person trying to get the game for free.

If steam has banned you, you did something to deserve that. Go complain on their customer service, we can't help you any further.

I never heard of Steam banning people (unless cheaters, hackers, etc)
I've heard of people being banned from a game's Steam Forum tho, but that just means you cannot post anymore on that Steam forum.

You should contact the Steam Support in regards, we cannot do much about it:
