SOLVED help i think west ocast is broken

whats happening to west coast why is there no textures EVERYWHERE anyone can help ?

how do we clear cache (i used to do it on the revitalised launcher but i deleted it recently)

nevermind found out how to do it

 

clearing cache should fix it, but incase it doesn't:

1. Disable all mods and reload either the game then WCUSA or just WCUSA
2. Try in Safe Mode
3. Verify integrity of game files (thru either steam or launcher)
