Have a question about vehicle/light shadows

I've been doing some random things with the H-Series Bus mod. While waiting for permission to release what I've been working on (retired skins/mod) I've been playing with the warning lights to make police lights.

The problem I'm having is with shadows, when I switch vehicles the shadows quit working & I haven't got a clue as to why. Any help would be appreciated.

Strange, when I tried this with a clean user folder it worked initially but as soon as I made 1 change in the mod it stopped working again, even after reverting the change.

Known issue that also affects most if not all vanilla vehicles, it has always been a thing in game, no idea if it will ever get fixed. Shadows get calculated differently for player vehicle than for other ones.
