Hardly any cars working(including the stock cars)

Hardly any cars are working for me, they spawn but dont drive or even turn the engine on, i need help because this is stopping me from playing the game, the only cars that work are addon modded cars...

First, disable all your mods.
Works?

If not, go to Documents/BeamNG.Drive and delete everything (you can keep the 'settings' folder. If you want, backup your mods, but don't keep them there for now).
Works?

If not, clean reinstall game.
-Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want, but don't put them back yet!)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
-Reinstall BeamNG.
