    Isn't that the station wagon from the movie Vacation? If so, then it's most likely based off a Ford LTD station wagon; the name of that particular vehicle is the Wagon Queen Family Truckster.

    It's one of those three-wheeled mini cars the New York PD uses to hand out tickets. The name of that vehicle is the Go-4 Interceptor, produced by Westward Industries.
