Greyed out controls?

I've had this bug for awhile and it's really starting to bother me. I can't use numpad keys to change cameras and when i go to the controls tab the controls are "greyed out" help?
I couldn't find a pre existing thread so i made a new one. sorry if it already exists

 

Have you tried Safe Mode? Disabling Mods? If that doesn't work try a clean re-install of beam.

 

It's because the game is retarded. I'm quite sure you can edit the controls even if they're greyed out.

 

But I can't USE the controls. I edited the controls and now they work...wasnt working yesterday. My numpad 9 key is also page up so now the game is confused on what keys are actually numpads keys....

 

Click the "Num Lock" key, and the number pad keys should work.
