it’s just like a few blocks of the city where the “Premium Autos” dealership is and the highways around it (they don’t go anywhere).
what you see has been done so that i can get more of the map in, i had the full detail buildings in, but was way to taxing. Although the roads are all the final mesh. Im sorry beam doesnt stream the map in parts

Proper LODs can fix that. We already got Fairhaven from NFS, Shuto Expressway C1 and other large maps and they work fine. I tested this map in its current state and got 250 average FPS with default LODs (200+ with maxed out). This is more than on any other default BeamNG map. So there is plenty of room to add assets.
Everything is still temporary, especially LOD sets on forest items. Im first going to try and get as much of the map out before adding more LODs, adjusting them and all that. Ive been trying to get just the floor of each building to be high detail, and whilst it does work, it will limit how much of the map i can import. Therefore im leaving detailing for the last part. In technical terms with high detail meshes, it lags when traveling between opposite parts of the city, mainly because beam needs everyrhing loaded on ram.
