Ok, here are a couple of critiques. One the rear trunk overhang is too long. Two, the doors are not long enough. Three, you need to cut down the chassis length to get the proportions right. If I were to do a coupe (If I could with my limited modeling knowledge) This is probably what I would end up with.
It needs a longer wheelbase otherwise it will handle like a clown car. Personally I'd keep the wheelbase the same as the normal GM, but I'd lengthen the front doors and remove the rear, and simply make the roof smaller in length. Ford did it right with the Sierra:
What about a more fast back shape with a tapering roofline? Would be a nice change to the boxyness of the original.
I think the body should mimic more how Cadillac/Olds made their coupes. Draw in the roofline, elongate the doors and deck lid, and make the quarter glass and door glass one opening into the body. For a real life counterpart to draw inspiration from I'd recommend the late 80s to mid 90s Cutlass Ciera coupe. One other thing to keep in mind is that most US manufacturers didn't shorten the wheelbase to make their coupes because it made serviceability and production cheaper and easier to manage, which is what gave them that appearance.
