Grabby model road need help fixing

When ever driving around my custom roads i made the tires of any car get grabbed by the road surface. But only at the split lines of the road. (Video Included) sorry about the no textures.

Don't know if this will be a long term fix but I raised the terrain up to the road and it seemed to stop grabbing
