GPU at 40%?

    My GPU runs at a max of 40% in this game and all other games. Is there a way to make it better without overclocking. I have R9 280x and was wondering if upping the power control can help? Also with FX-8370 and 750w corsair power supply. Nothing is overclocked.

    I suspect your CPU is holding your GPU back (CPU bottleneck).

    Try this:
    Load Gridmap.
    Go to options > gameplay > enable 'Advanced Mode'
    In the sidemene there should be a new button named 'PERFORMANCE'
    Press it and let the graphs fill the screen.
    Press ALT+O and paste the link for the image here.
