Global input bindings

    I'm working on a mod that does something with a Lua controller attached to a vehicle, and instead of creating a 'input_actions_x.json' file for every vehicle in the game I would like to have a global one (similar to the ones the game already has for all it's bindings).

    I found this old wiki page describing how to do it but think it might have been removed because it doesn't seem to work any more.

    Is there a new way to do it or is it just not possible any more?
