Whats wrong with your Escort? You have found a few good cars there. Trust me when I say no Cadillac Northstar engines. They are some of the worst engines ever made, as they are overcomplicated and blow headgaskets. That Buick Regal would be nice if it didn't have frame damage, but it does. Honestly if I were you, I would be looking for a car that shares parts with one of your current ones so you can have a parts car. Get something that runs well that you know how to fix and maybe even have spare parts for while you fix your Sunfire.
Luxury car reliability comparison: 1970 Mercedes-Benz vs 1969 Cadillac Eldorado, according to the Popular Mechanics owners surveys. Turns out the Cad was more reliable, with 19.7% of them having broken down before survey, while 37.1% of MBs had to spend time at the repair shop. --- Post updated --- Knowing you, don't buy the Mercury or Cadillac. What? Those are the most fun types of cars to drive. When you are at the limits of the car at 35 mph, then you are always driving close to the limit and can be having a ton of fun without the cops messing with you.

Well, you might be right about Chuck not liking these cars, but if Chuck buys the Mercury and the Cadillac and he enjoys driving them. Then, that's his business. However, you could be correct and Chuck buys the cars and he ends up hating them.
Well, alright then. Anyways, @Srockzz has said that he thinks the devs can't get a 1910s car in the game. This has made me curious as to whether or not he actually hates 1910s cars. @SuperAusten64, Feel free to answer this for me.
Unfortunately the Escort will have to go for space reasons and because I already have one junk car that I can't afford to fix uglying up the yard. Besides, it has maybe 5 good parts on the entire car and two of them are rear tires. As for what happened to it: a strut mount failed, and then before I could fix it, the whole shock tower shattered. According to a single-make forum, this is a fairly common way for Escorts to die; the reason the strut mounts fail in the first place is because of a design flaw that lets water just pool up and sit there with no airflow, so once the mount goes, the whole tower is probably hanging by a thread.
I dont hate them, I just cant see the point of having them in game. Honestly im far more onboard with the idea of a car from the '30s than from the 1910s. by then atleast we had figured out how to build what we define today as a car. in the '10s they were still experimenting how to actually build one.
Well, thank you for answering my question about the 1910's car thing. Do you have any more car stuff to talk about?
Roger that, scratching Buick and Cadillac off the list. The Mercury could probably be built to handle but that will require money I don't have. I found more, though! https://www.kendalllincolnanchorage...0e0a1766a9ee2db61bfd7d.htm?searchDepth=28:310 Manual Fiesta, it is not the ridiculous untuneable micro-engine with the non-upgradeable exhaust manifold so I'll let it slide https://www.kendalllincolnanchorage...0e0a6b32d029a1673db2e0.htm?searchDepth=25:310 Ford Focus with a horribly inaccurate photo (Ford dealerships do that a lot for some reason) - Car & Driver has nothing good to say about this year, saying it somehow managed to erase the original Focus's amazingness, but considering that it is literally just the original Focus in a slightly different wrapper, I suspect they may just have been spoiled https://www.kendallfordanchorage.co...0a0e0ae80574c283af16705b.htm?searchDepth=4:12 It's a manual! An affordable car at a Mercedes dealer? Well good thing it's not actually a Mercedes! http://www.paylesssales.com/vehicle...cks-low-miles-31-mpg-anchorage-ak-id-32454015 Interesting pick, stick shift, dealer has a bad reputation for taking cars that are right on the edge of not worth fixing and fixing them up just enough to fob them off on some poor sucker. Something about the way the car sits in that photo disturbs me, like it looks like it has positive camber or something. Very sus. http://www.paylesssales.com/vehicle...-block-heater-33-mpg-anchorage-ak-id-33461101 Same dealer as above, why did I waste my time copying a link to this revolting atrocity of a car http://www.paylesssales.com/vehicle...ly-11k-miles-1-owner-anchorage-ak-id-35818255 Posermaro from same sus dealership https://www.frontierautosales.org/details/used-2002-hyundai-santa-fe/59703674 Manual Santa Fe is surely a unicorn among cars, cheap too https://www.frontierautosales.org/details/used-2004-subaru-baja/64705835 Everyone calls these ugly, but I kind of have a soft spot for them myself; from when to when were head gaskets an issue for EJ25? https://www.frontierautosales.org/details/used-2017-kia-rio/64394086 A long way from that other Rio https://www.usedcarsanchorageak.com/autos/2018-Kia-Forte-Anchorage-AK-4914 Another Forte, these are surprisingly common
Buick is good, just not that specific car. I have a non-supercharged 1999 Regal that is the same body style. It is a good car, plus parts are cheap and easy to find. Mine sat for a few years and blew the head gasket because I never changed the 5 year old coolant (coolant got acidic and ate through the gasket material + no heat cycles for 3 years = a bad time), but the gasket kit was only $100 from Rockauto and came with all the upper gaskets. It also isn't too hard to work on and problems aren't common due to the motor's simple design. They aren't bad cars. They have cable throttles, decent transmission logic, a centrally located button to turn off traction control, and a high sense of speed from the soft suspension tuning that also makes it a decent-ish rally car. Its also quicker than most of the cars that were in my high school parking lot. You could also get a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage. They sell for cheap, especially with a stick and have a good warranty.
The point is that its a car. If you don't want to wrench on your car or can't, then it is a great car. Other than that, meh. It is at least better than riding the bus or taking the walk of shame.
Well, that's cool. I hope you can get more money someday. So, you hate the automatic Fiesta? Does the automatic Fiesta have the crazy untuneable engine along with the non-upgradeable exhuast? By the way, what do you think of this dealer? I hear you complain about your Ford Escort on here I think. By the way, Do you even like the original Focus? I love how it says "this is the vehicle of your dreams". I also think the red color looks nice. I agree with you on the photo. It's stock and there's not even a license plate on the bumper. Yep, and it doesn't even look that interesting to me, though it doesn't look that bad to me either. To be honest, I don't care for the Kia Soul at all. It looks kinda ugly in my opinion. That's not good. However, I think the car looks nice. I don't like the fascia. I think it looks horrible. Yep, though I think the 2014 model looks nice too. Yep, another modern car who's body style I don't love or hate. Wait, did you post another Kia Forte above this? I think this car looks average in my opinion. Oh yeah, it's a Toyota Corolla. It's a 2015 Scion tC. Scion has a car called the xB that I don't like the body style of. I think the body style looks awful. Oh cool, a Fiat 500 Trekking. I would love to hear on why you think this car is awful. Oh, just wonderful. It's a 2015 Chevy Camaro. I think the older models look better to be honest. To be honest, I don't think that car looks half bad. I wonder what you think of the dealer. To be honest, I don't love the body style of the Baja, but I don't think it looks that bad either. Just curious, what other Rio? I don't love the body style, but I don't hate it either. I wonder what you think of this dealer. To be honest, I can't wait to learn how to drive. I would much rather drive then take a bus. I'm not saying everyone has drive everywhere. Some people don't like driving or they can't drive. People can take the bus, but I would prefer to drive. By the way, I'm driving a lawn mower without a mower blade on my property. Maybe that will give me some driving skills. EDIT: Nevermind, it's the Escort. Not the Focus. I apologize.
