Gavril d series files messed up, need original files

Help me please, the pickup is not supposed to be like this. So, i installed the bkl african rebel pickup without saving the original pickup files, and i do not know a fix for it, iv'e tried everything, reinstalling the game, deleting all local files, but the outome is always the same, it works for 1 game, and when i come back into the game, it crashes and i need to restart my computer. When my computer is restarted, i load up beamng drive and it is just like the one above. Please help me​

1. Uninstall

2. "Documents" > "BeamNG.drive" > delete "cache.0.3.8.0" and "cache.backup.0.3.8.0" and "vehicles"

3. Reinstall

 

I got the beamNG drive update and it FIXED the pickup, never mind
