Gauge Light Issue

I'm not exactly sure why it does this and there is no way to change it in controls or advanced control's and i cant find anything on the forum for the issue. When i accelerate in any car with gauge lights and running lights they turn on as soon as i accelerate. I have no clue why this is happening but i have installed and reinstalled the game and it also does this on my other computer. ideas?

 

Gauge and running lights are supposed to do that on the newer cars (SBR4, Sunburst, etc). Normally they're on by default when you spawn but other times you have to press the gas or the brake for them to activate.

 

These lights will do that if you have hydrolocked the engine of whatever vehicle you were driving that had the lights on, and then respawned the car.
