Sometimes when I try to start the game. It says "Our engine could initialize a valid DX10/11 device. It is possible that your hardware does not meet the minimum requirements. Please contact our support team." I have a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GPU, besides I've been playing Beamng on this card for a year now. I tried verifying the cache, tried clearing the cache, also deleted and re-downloaded the latest drivers, but nothing helps.

Sometimes the game starts then I get to the map loading screen and loads for much longer time than it usually does, then it crashes and I get a Fatal Error message. (screenshot of the error message attached.)

Sounds like corrupt video drivers, which causes the game to not recognize the GPU as a DX11 device (because actually your system is not providing that info, it's common-ish)
Simply reinstalling your video drivers should help.
Download them from the Nvidia website, install them, reboot the PC and check again.
