SOLVED Game stuck on UI Loading screen after updating to 0.33

When booting the game, stuck on the UI Loading screen. Hasn't happened before until now when I upgraded from 0.32 to 0.33.

Using https://documentation.beamng.com/support/troubleshooting/common_exit_codes/uiloading/, I tried all the steps, including deleting all cache, and any mod configs from the user files. I also deleted older versions of save files and verified integrity of files.

All this, and it still won't load with DirectX, Vulkan, and EVEN SAFE MODE WON'T WORK.

**Screenshot attached has geforce experience window by accident. You can see the issue though.

 

Try moving your userfolder to another location on your desktop, and let the game create a new one. Although if safe mode didn't work, then this might not do anything as it is basically doing the same thing.

I have (in the meantime) reinstalled beamng COMPLETELY and removed all files from the userfolder. It is working now.
