Game running with extremely low FPS whenever I go to vehicle config or vehicle selector

I have always ran my game at max settings because I can still get 150fps on average when playing on ultra
recently I have been experiencing bugs where my framerate stays the same but my game is not running at 150 fps, it will do this when I go into vehicle config, vehicle selector and when I try to open doors or interact with the cars nodes
