Game ran perfectly before the latest update

    I used to be able to run 7- 8 AI traffic cars above 60fps in any default map. Since the update I'm getting around 20fps with just 3 cars. I've cleared game cache, deleted all mods, reinstalled graphics drivers and reinstalled the game. I assume it's just an issue with the update. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any more steps I could try to resolve the issue?

    Not much help but i did get a weird lag when i drove the vivace rally on Small island and it got stuck on a ridge and redlined it. When i got unstuck it stopped lagging.
