game only takes up 3/4 of the screen and the game is in low resolution

so the game takes up 3/4 of the screen. I have the graphics set at 1920 by 1080 and the screen is blurry. i have no idea whats wrong. i just downloaded the game and didnt mess with anything and it started out like this. it wont let me check full screen either. i have tried deleting and re downloading multiple time and nothing helps

i just updated my graphics card and everything else is up to date. i have amd 570 graphics card, 8gb ram and a amd ryzen 5 1400 cpu

Press ALT+ENTER until the game is in Windowed mode, and then simply resize the game window by dragging a corner.
That should fix the pink borders, resolution and offset clicks.

You can then set it back to the window mode you prefer, from Options > Graphics.
