Game isn't loading my configs, however they are in the files

made a widebody 300MPH SBR4 yesterday and I went to mess with it today and it's not there...the configs are PC files according to my computer, titled "widebody 300MPH.pc
is it supposed to be a PC file or a different type of file, if it's supposed to be a different type how would I convert it to that, sorry still new to computers

 

If you save the file in the part config, it will save in your Documents/BeamNG.drive/vehicles/sbr/ folder. Configs are saved as .pc files

 

they won't load in game and they are saved there, weird

 

So they wont appear under the parts config menu (Control W)? This is different from them not being visible under the vehicle selection menu (Control E).

 

I thought it was the same, will check real quick
EDIT: can only get into the game using safe mode, but yes it does show up under the parts config, must be a mod causing this, if I try to load it up normally it'll crash loading into any map

 

If you want to be able to show your custom vehicle presets in the Vehicle Selection menu, just go into Options> User Interface and tick "Show custom vehicles in vehicle selector".

If it is a mod causing the issue, is this only the case with the SBR4? If you have mods enabled, can you view your custom configs for the other vehicles?

 

no it's good now, the setting turned itself off, I thought a mod was causing the game to crash, I got everything sorted now, thanks
