Game does not start, need support :c

Hello,

I was playing this game for about a week now and everything was great, until the game would not start anymore. The moment I click the play button via steam it just starts then crashes, no logo or anything; besides, I have sent the bug report with description several times with my email.

Please help.

EDIT: I re-installed the game and still I am having the same problem (via steam too)

EDIT 2: I opened up the main game folders and went to Bin32 and right clicked the game app and selected Run in Sandbox, it worked but with no keyboard or Logitech input. :/

 

What other programs and games do you use Steam for? It is possible that your resources are insufficient, or maybe because recently Steam has implemented restrictions on User Accounts without $5.00 purchases.

 

Other than my free games I bought Stronghold 3 in a store nearby and I installed it and put the serial key. I did not use my credit card on steam.

and again, I have sent the bugsplat report many times and I am sure you will figure it out. I am dying to play it now.

It wouldnt be the steam changes anyway, the steam changes do not touch the ability to play or launch games. They just restrict community interactions.
