No matter what the value of the force feedback strength setting it is always very hard to turn my wheel, it is stiff but less stiff when the wheel is centered and not moving much. Is there a setting I have overlooked.

My centering spring strength in G-HUB is 0 and I have created a wheel.lut file which I don't believe the game can even see due to the custom curve graph just showing the default straight line.

I have followed a guide and I believe my FFB settings are good. Here they are
    G-HUB
    Setting Value
    Operating Range 900°
    Sensitivity 50
    Centering Spring Off

    FFB
    Filter Wheel (direct)
    1:1 Steering Angle 900°
    1:1 Behaviour Faster If Needed
    Inverted Axis Unchecked
    Linearity 1
    Deadzone (rest) 0
    Deadzone (end) 0

    FFB
    Enabled Checked
    Inverted Checked
Strength 300 default, 200-450 based on car
    Smoothing 100
    Soft Lock Force 100%
    Reduce Strength While Parked Checked
Side Accel Feedback 0% normally, 10% on track
    Update Rate Limit Automatic
    Update Type Fast
    Use Response Correction Curve Checked

I had a buddy who had the same issue. Unistall G hub and find a version from 2020 or 2021 and use that. Fixed it for me and my freind.

Yeah... there is a glitch that sometimes happens... dunno if its with Beam or with G hub, but sometimes Beam loads up and the FFB can't communicate with the wheel for some reason. It will feel like no matter what there is no actual FFB and all it does is just center the wheel. Pretty much the same feeling as just sitting on the desktop with your wheel turned on. Try running over a curb or something with your car. If you feel absolutely nothing, then I bet this is exactly what is happening. The only solution I have found is what MonkeyGoose stated as well... That or it may require restarting the game. That is the only way I have ever gotten mine to work. It hasn't done it to me in quite a while though (a few updates ago it did it quite a lot)

Thank you I really appreciate the help, I'll give that a download and see if it fixes it. Have a great day both of you
