G27 using automatic transmission

    It's stuck in neutral and I have tried EVERY control to change gear. This is infuriating me as I feel like pulling the transmission settings out of the game and smash it. But seriously it's really annoying . Any help helps. :)

    You have to bind the "shift up" and "shift down" controls to some button on the wheel. Is that not working?

    Are you actually using manual transmission? (Q to cycle between modes, or just tap the 'shift up/down' key to switch to manual.
    You say it's stuck in neutral, as said above, are shift up/down actually binded (by default they are, press RESET ALL in CONTROLS menu if they aren't).

    Okay. Let me try that as you should bare in mind I am quite a person who jumps to conclusions sometimes (ignoramus :p but not too bad)

    It's already assigned - It seems that I have to press the brake to shift gear.

    Doesn't sound normal.
    Please press that 'RESET ALL' button and make sure you are not using 'combined-pedals' in the logitech software.

    press Q to go to realistic automatic, instead of arcade automatic, then use the flappy paddles to change from PRND21
