Purely for visual purposes I made the air pressure gauges ramp up when the engine is first started. The other option would've been to have them static, but what's the fun in that
Wow, I wish the air pressure in my 2017 Thomas C2 built up that fast! Seriously, as a school bus driver, I find this mod incredible! Only problem I have with this mod is after dealing with a bunch of screaming kids, the last thing I want to do is come home and drive a school bus on my time off!
Heh, I didn't go for a full 45-50 seconds or more because then we'd have lots of videos of people driving around with 40-50psi pressure for a while since it's just visual
Can not believe I missed this thread. Looks really great! Details make mods like these all the better. Good luck with the work!
The odometer works now. It's scoped to the vehicle, meaning - It will be saved and loaded from/to a file - It won't reset with the vehicle - It'll keep adding up each time you load up the mod and drive
The interior step light, grille cover, and dash texture. Best one I could get because of the sun and dirty windshield. Lol --- Post updated --- Heres two short videos of it driving. Not really the best, I know. The bus is very stiff and you feel every crack in the road. :'D Just figured I'd send them to you. This has the MBE906 6.4 Liter
Hey, you sent these in the topic instead of the PM again. Just letting you know in case you didn't want the videos to be public or something That image of the grille cover is good. I can un-warp that and virtually wash it some, then it should be good
No vehicle would be complete without this! I have modified the mesh to have a cutout for the rain deflector, and I added additional rear body support since it needs to be mounted so far back.
Textured and added the parking brake. Modeled and textured a key (turns when you turn on the engine too) Textured these switches over here and added the "push to reset" button for the odometer.
just added an option to select seat color Featuring silver, teal, maroon, dark blue, black, and brown. (I'm aware it looks very dull. I'm going to add some shine to them.)
Wow that's amazing ! I had this done before but my method uses a couple of batch files which is a bit clumsy.
Two more pieces of interior equipment I think I only have one more to go. The step well light. The interior equipment list is almost larger than the body parts list at this point
A trash can? We were told we can't have a trashcan on our buses (but we do anyway). The detail you are putting into this is incredible.
Edit: I just did a tally, there are 143 total parts at the moment. Wow! Lots of choice --- Todays progress so far: Split windows up into multiple groups for glass smashing. Split seats up so the flexbodies work properly. Jbeamed air cleaner so the engine area now looks a lot less empty. Also: Can opener! Gfycat Video - Click to Play - Direct Link --- Post updated --- Modeled a set of LED lights. Which I'll eventually duplicate so you can pick them on everything (warning light, stop sign, etc)
Im super happy seeing this progress! This mod looks like it is moving along very fast and getting lots of upgrades very often.
