fps randomly drops now and then

    Hi.

    So, I use to have 60 fps locked on east coast USA, but after the newer updates, it started to drop fps randomly. Sometimes it goes at 60, and if i go drift around, turn at high speed etc it sometimes goes all the way down to 40 fps.

    What could be wrong?

    You checked if your graphicals settings are the same as before. The new update could have brought them to default..
