FPS drop when spawning traffic

Good afternoon fellas

i`ve been getting a huge fps drop when spawning traffic, and I don`t feel like hardware is an issue here. Spawned 2 or 3 cars, and then traffic, and fps drops to bellow 30. I`m used to play limited at 60 fps, tho my pc runs more than that easily, any ideas?

My setup

i711700k
32 gb 3200mz ddr4 ram
RTX3050
1TB nvme ssd
+4tb sata ssd

(game running from nvme)

 

Try it in safe mode
