Im quitting BeamNG for personal reasons. I wanted to thank all of the people for their help on my projects and all those who enjoyed them. You are a great community wich i had interresting and insightful conversations with and most of all, fun times. but everything has an end, here is mine. i wish the best for all of you. The fact that some people "like" the post where he says he is leaving forever or even consider it "funny" seems pretty disturbing to me.
I think the likes were genuine salutes and fond farewells for someone sailing off into the sunset. The internet isn't really doing the human race any favors on an evolutionary scale. If anyone doubts that, this thread will most likely prove it by the end of page two.
"like" doesn't mean "YEAH GO AWAY LOL", it's just a way of showing respect against is decision. For the "funny" well... Maybe it's a misclick, it's quite hard to press the right button on phone.
Hardly "disturbing". He is leaving the forum by choice, not being forced to live in the jungles of Congo or something...
