I think we’ll need to have on modern cars like the cherrier vivace Etk 800 etc. folding mirrors with a binding like for the cargo doors in the h-series. That would be nice and I think not too complicated. --- Post updated --- Like this:
Some mirrors are already set up to be foldable but it's not implemented yet for some reason. Maybe in the future it will be a thing.
This would probably fall under the opening/closing doors thing, where it'll probably happen eventually, but to implement it it would be alot more work than you'd think, and quite a deep rabbit hole to fall down into. Some mirrors don't have the models properly set up aswell. But I can see this happening in perhaps 2 years or so.
