Fixing Outdated Mods

    I'm looking for some help from someone who KNOWS what they're doing not someone who THINKS they know what they're doing. As many of you know, the Eolus L-575 Ultrike is broken due to a beamng update. The plane won't fly, won't accelerate. The parts move, like the rudder and elevator, but it won't move. I'm trying to help fix this with Carlosair, who is looking for someone to work with and compare what we've done. Can someone (preferably a dev) help me fix this mod. I will send you guys a file, and then you can look at it and see what the problem is. One day after a beamng update came out, the mod wouldn't work all the sudden. Please help.

    The .lua is broken (see the console when the vehicle loads..)
    I recall the throttle was controller by a lua script.
    You just have to fix that file.

    I know too little regarding to lua to help you with that.

    I've already successfully fixed the lua, and the engine works fine, controls work fine etc. The thing that keeps it from working though, is an aerodynamic physics change that happened in a BeamNG update. So, even if the propeller and other controls work, due to the very specific flight characteristics of this vehicle, it becomes too unstable to even maintain a controlled flight.
    I've been tweaking the jbeam in every way I could think of to make it better, but I still don't have anything flyable, and I don't know when that will happen. After hours spent without real progress, I've kind of abandoned the idea of ever getting it fixed myself, giving priority to other projects of mine. So might as well let people out there tinker with it.

    I can share with you the version with working engine etc, if you want to give it a try. But, again, what needs fixing now is the jbeam, in order to make it controllable, no lua or other input issues anymore. And fixing the jbeam is definitely harder than fixing a lua error :p
