Solved file modified automation car won't go above certain speed

Sorry if I am in the wrong place, but I was messing around with the files of a automation car I made, the car had about 85hp by stock and could not go fast on its own, but when I modified the files so it would have a lot more power, I noticed that it would not go above 106 mph, even if the car would want to, and the transmission is more than fine for the task I am trying to do, and I sure it has the power to go above 105, do I need to modify any transmission files or anything? Please help

Question. How would one change said files? All i can find is encoded stuff and the liscensing stuff
