FFB stopped working

FFB on my Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback Wheel stopped working recently. I am not sure if caused by the newest update or something else, noticed this just yesterday when I tried my wheel for the first time in 0.10.0.1. I have done a clean reinstall and tried again just minutes ago but it still doesn't work. First time I enabled FFB my wheel started acting as if it worked with a spring not a motor, always self centering. If I disable FFB this behaviour doesn't go away, strangely. I have tested Dirt 3 with this wheel and it works normal.

Update: it actually works. It was just so hard to notice when driving on flat surfaces. However, the self centering force is always way too strong. It really feels like there was no ffb at all.
