FFB not working

So I have a g920 but the ffb has been not working, almost as if it was turned off. I have googled it, messed with settings and stuff but just can't get it running. Can someone help me?

 

In the menu go to options > controls
In the forcefeedback tab you'll see a configuration section you should see your wheel bind in my case it is called (x axis) select the bind you will see a window that allows you to fine tune the force feedback

Where it says force feedback configuration >enabled
Check the box and click apply, then select the bind again and re enable the force feedback this should fix your issue

 

hi thank you for replying! I have tried unchecking the box to disable force feedback, pressing 'apply' and then re-clicking "xaxis" and re checking the box to re enable the ffb. Unfortunately it still doesn't work. Am I missing something?
