So when I correctly set up FFB on this steering wheel, it will re-center itself until I make more than a 45-degree turn on the wheel. After I make more than a 45-degree turn, it will reverse the FFB effect, causing it to steer to its limit instead of re-centering. Anyone else had this problem and solved it?

Have you assigned the wheel to "steering" in the controls or have assigned it to "steer left" and "steer right"?
It should be assigned to "steering".

Yes, it is bound to Steering. Not Steer Left nor Steer Right.

Have you changed the deadzone values from 0? Just tweak the deadzone values in the ffb section off the controls. Also your ffb may be inverted?

Check if you need to invert the ffb.
Also make sure to test with rear wheel drive cars first (AWD/4WD/FWD may show artifacts during acceleration if they are powerful enough)
