FEMA Skin - A basic FEMA skin for the Grand Marshall.

Hello everyone!
Back at it again with my third skin!
I thought I'd give a "FEMA" styled skin a try, and here it is!
Drive it around a disaster, crash it into a box truck and cause a disaster, it's perfect for anything!
As always, be sure to leave a rating and tell me what to improve, what to remove, and what to keep for next time!
