Faster menus and more AI's trick

This picture is from my potato. Count the cars. 6. Normally, my computer will crash when the third car is added. You can add tons of cars with one simple trick, and navigate the normally unbearable menus super fast.

For fast menus:
Whenever you open them, press J (Pause). When paused, the menus run SUPER fast.

For more cars:
Same thing, when paused you can spawn tons of cars quickly by selecting them with the faster menus, and the menus WILL NOT slow down!

For tons of AI cars:
This is a bit trickier, as the game will not update the AI app while paused and switching cars. You need to set up the AI while unpaused!

I hope this helps solve a ton of the problems you've all been having, and enjoy having TONS of cars in beam with decent FPS!
