Actually, the title does NOT explain it all. NEVER assume that your audience will be able to divine all information you wish to convey by using a medium as short and vague as a title. However, based on the title, I deduce you are suggesting the game simulate the thermodynamics at play when the brakes are in use, and have events (Dynamic fade, fluid vapor lock, rotor warp, pad vaporization) occur at various and contextually appropriate temperatures.
