EOI: One unfinished but deserving mod..

Hello, I am looking to pass on a mod that I know had a lot of interest but was never fully completed. With the unfortunate passing of Holden I thought it would be good to let someone else finish this mod, as i'll likely never get the time to.

The day this thread was made, DWS left the forums completely. No mod link, just the link to the old thread. So what's the point of passing this on to someone if there's no way to get to the mod to fix it up? It just dawned on me now.
