Engineless vehicle causes attached trailer's brakes to lock.

    Hello,

    I have discovered a bug whereby if you connect (via fifth wheel, although tow hitch may also be affected) a vehicle that has had it's engine removed, the attached trailer's brakes will be engaged and cannot be disengaged.

    It makes it a bit difficult to make large/complex trailers, as I have to remove the brakes from the trailers in order for the pulling vehicle to be able to move whatsoever.
