WIP Engine Sound Overhaul 0.1

Hey guys!

First time posting an actual mod in quite a few years

I've started working on a mod to replace all the current default engine sounds because I never really thought they were that great (Devs don't hate me) and I'm hoping to create (in my own opinion) better engine sounds! All of these engine sounds have been chosen based on personal preference

While these may not be perfect I'm hoping to share these around and you all will enjoy them

This mod will be updated frequently over the next few months.

Here is a list of cars and engine that are done so far, These are nowhere near finished or represent the final product in anyway

You know the algorithm worked when i got recommended this mod from youtube, cannot wait to try this mod out!

I loving the sounds man! Especially the 6.9l V8 where it literally sounds almost like a Ford Raptor SVT with a 6.2l V8! My suggestion is that the race exhaust sounds can be a lil more aggressive. Other than that I am looking forward to see what else the author will bring up in the future!

New update just dropped, Added a few more engine sounds to different cars

 

could you possibly make it into one file instead of part 1 part 2 and so on just so it clutter an already messy mod list haha. sounds a verryyyy nice btw

 

Good work, but pay attention to the loop transitions on some sounds like the D-Series and Van, and the ETK-I 2.4 i6 need some rework. Try to check the volume of each sound so that it is not too loud even for an Stock car

 

The LeGran really needed a different sound for it's engine. Those Buick 3.3/3.8 engines have such a distinctive sound and this is one of the closest I've heard.

(I guess they would also work on the Wendover and Lansdale now that I think about it...)

 

Sounds pretty good man, honestly the sound mods are my favorite mods on the forums, they add a whole new vibe to each car.

It's not in parts, 0.2 is the updated version of the mod
