I was attempting to change the turbo sounds however i cant open or edit the .ogg files as they are encrypted and ofcourse require a password, why is this and is there a way to mod new blow off valve sounds?
They encrypted it because of the license. I don't think you need to encrypt it if you are modding it.
You can just 'overwrite' those ogg files. E.g. you would like to create a engine_starter mod, you just need to put your modified files into the following folder: \Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods\unpacked\soundmod\art\sound\engine_starter Just check the zip to see where the files are located which you would like to modify.
