Emissions / Rolling Coal Mod [QUESTION]

I have seen people rolling coal on multiple occasions, I've searched high and low. Whether it be on Google or simply on BeamNG.drive forums, both of which I have had no success. I found a few bits of evidence and am pretty sure it is a mod. If someone were to link me to the mod thread or even point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

I just want to point aout that these pictures here:



Are just the normal effects that are already ingame. The first picture is just the engine overheating and the other two are from when you flip the car upside down and engine starves of oil. The rest are another story.
Also where did you get those photos from?

 

Look at 0:16 on the video. I don't have the "Emissions" option like he does in the video. It must be a mod.

 

It is a mod. I don't have the emissions tab either. I just told you that the three different photos that i mentioned in my last post are not related to the mod that this person has. The smoke that comes out is from overheating (the engine photo) or the engine starving for oil.(the two others where blue smoke comes out the exhaust).

It seems to be an old mod as I haven't heard of it and the video is from version 0.5.3.0, because of that there is a chance that the mod may not even work if we would find it.

I have searched through the "Utilities and programming" forum and the "User Interface Apps" forum but I haven't found anything regarding that mod.

I don't know if it's this but this is pretty similar. You can raise "particulates" in the engine tuning.
