You might be able to find a galaxy s8 for that money, they're generally around $400 but you could probably find one cheaper.

If you can find them for a price you like:
    - Huawei P20 Lite/Mate 20 Lite
    - Nokia 7/7.1
    - Nokia 8/8.1

Former Sprint customer speaking. If you're on Sprint, or any other CDMA carrier, easiest way to get a phone is thriuth the carrier, you won't have antenna issues, issues with carrier locking, etc. Also, the Nokia 6.1 will not work with Sprint, or any other current Nokia to my knowledge. Nor will anything from Huawei or OnePlus. The Moto G6 Play will probably work, iirc it has the antennas for it, but it's a tossup if Sprint will activate one you walk in with.

Assuming you are from the US, as your profile seems to indicate, Walmart has iPhone SE on StraightTalk for $150. I had one for a while (and still do as a backup) and its a good phone. The only issue is the small screen. However, the quality for that price is unmatched.

I honestly prefer Android, and am by no means an Apple fan. Normally I avoid them, but that was one exception due to unusually great value.

you can get an unlocked LG V35 ThinQ (which even supports google fi which is awesome) for about $300 in great condition refurbished, it has a snapdragon 845, 4/6gb of ram, 2880x1440 6" screen...i'd say that's a pretty good deal
