Dynamic reflection causes very low fps

This is my first post here, sorry if i cause any confusion.

1 month ago i upgraded to an rx6600xt, beamng ran perfectly fine with above 100 fps with maxed settings.
After the new 0.30 update i began noticing my fps plumit to 30-15 when booting the game up with dynamic reflections. When this happens my gpu usage skyrockets to 100%, but very low wattage-85w (usally 135-150)
Also cpu usage is really really low (sometimes even showing 0% usage).
When i disable dynamic reflections and i dont reboot the game, the fps stays the same.
In some smaller maps like East Coast, USA the fps doesnt plumit instantly, i have to spawn 2-3 cars for it to drop to the mentioned 30-15 fps.
Also while playing beammp with around 5 ppl in the server fps is ok until i spawn my car.
fps from 110 goes to 70 and it worsens as im driving (with dynamic reflection off)
With dynamic reflection its much worse, when i spawn my car fps goes to 20 instantly

Fixes i have tried:
Updating gpu drivers
Deleting and downloading gpu drivers again
Updating windows
To verify game data
Deleting the game and re-installing it on a diffrent drive

I am running the game in vulkan
pc specs:
CPU: R5 5600x
GPU: RX6600xt
RAM: 16gb running at 3ghz
PSU: 600w
Please let me know what i should try to fix my issue.

 

I have the exact same problem
120 FPS in 0.29 but 40 FPS with 0.30

Specs
Nvidia RTX 3070 OC
2X8 GB 3600Mz ddr4
Ryzen 9 5900x

 

I havent isntalled any antivirus, i use the standard windows antivirus.
The game is ran in vulkan, but i get the same result in DirectX too.

 

I use Bitdefender
When I use Vulkan I get very little FPS

 

I checked Bitdefender and it is allowing everything about BeamNG

 

Love the new update devs. I am now getting my normal 120 to 140 FPS. The game just seems to be stuttering more than usual. Me and my friend with a RTX 4070 ti are both experiencing this.

 

Ok neverminded I switched to win 11 and that's when the stuttering started but I went back to 10 and everything is back to low FPS but no stuttering.

 

When i spawn alot of vehicles in safe mode, it doesnt drop alot of fps.Also i noticed my fps droppes alot while looking at the city, and my cpu load increases alot. It's maybe a chipset driver fault, so im gonna reinstall it and tell u how it is now.

edit: Okay, dynamic reflections are only a problem with alot of vehicles loaded. so maybe gpu issue bcs 8gb vram not enough

edit2: its the same as before.

 

Even with dynamic reflections off, i still get low fps with alot of cars in beammp, i still have like 500mb of vram left, cpu isnt overheating/using alot of power and so does the gpu.
