Driving in Slow motion even though i dont have it activated

so sometimes when i spawn in vehicles(Monster Trucks) sometimes i end up driving in what looks like slow motion, even when i had a worse computer and i was laggy it was only choppy never looking like i was in slow motion so i was wondering if anyone had a fix to this

 

Are you in slow motion or is GPU not keeping up? I think Alt + left or right arrow should change the actual slow motion rate.
I would first check your graphics settings. Does lowering the details solve it?
Check your key bindings. Is the binding for entering slow motion also assigned to other function?
Also if you are in Multi-Player your framerates will often drop a bit on many PCs.
